DaCar staff have undertaken studies for the US government including: A technology study looking at the modernization of technical manuals using S1000D standards, or a review of the maintenance practices for aircraft engines An investigation of the privatization options of the the Special Purpose Vehicle fleet. In every case, the studies looked at 'best in industry' practices, off the shelf software, and benefit and cost modeling of the various recommenations.
